These guys arrived as promised, got to work despite some sprinkles and worked diligently to complete the gutter installation. They communicated well, answered all questions immediately, stayed on task and completed their work in a mere two days. The most amazing thing was how well all their work turned out and how great the gutters now look on the house. My sis owns the home and she was estatic about the end result. Artisan did a marvelous job for us replacing our roof in Lenexa and tying my roof seamlessly into our neighbor’s roof as we are not a stand alone building but a townhouse. The install took place much sooner than we thought it would. The installers were very neat and tidy. They also had some better ideas for better drainage than the original gutters. Lots of colors to chose from. Over all a very pleasant and quick install.

I'd looked into a couple companies, and Matt called me back immediately after I left a message. He was out the next day to give me a bid. He was friendly and kind and I liked him immediately and knew I could trust him and his company. He gave me a good bid, and was here about a week later for the project. We first contacted Artisan to redo our gutters and close a construction gap on our fascia boards. They did a fantastic job, and unfortunately discovered some major roof repair issues. Matthew had the holes in our roof patched for free while he was preparing a quote for a full roof replacement. The quote was reasonable and competitive, and our roof looks fantastic. I found Artisan by reading Google reviews, and am extremely pleased to be able to recommend them.

After my roof received hail damage, I was referred by a friend to Artisan Roofing and Guttering. Both the owner, Matt, and his salesman, Mike, were very friendly and professional. Both they and their installation crew were very knowledgeable and experienced. They handled all of the claim paperwork with my insurance company and made the whole process easy. They were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them to everyone.

The crew chief on our gutter replacement job, Shelby, and his assistant, Christopher, did a fantastic job with great customer service. I wanted the extensions on the downspouts adjusted in various ways as they went through garden areas. Shelby was very helpful with this. The third man on the crew was, unfortunately, rude when I wanted one of the extensions moved in the area where he was working. The gutters had been removed a month before when the house was painted and I did not remember exactly where it should go. I said I needed to go find an old picture of the house to see where it was supposed to go. He was very impatient and said I was wasting his valuable time as he was getting paid $75 an hour. Later, Shelby fixed it. The manager apologized profusely when he heard about it and said The rude man was a temporary employee. Overall, I am giving five stars because Shelby and Chris were great and the manager did apologize. The gutters look very good. They were very thorough with cleanup also.

After a big storm this fall, Mike came out to look at our roof. There was some damage so after meeting with our insurance we were able to get it replaced. Mike kept us updated the whole process. The installation crew absolutely killed it. Our experience was amazing. Highly recommend Artisan Roofing.

After that last storm we needed new gutters in a hurry, they were out and gave me an estimate in a couple days, I felt the price was extremely fair even though additional (unforeseen) work caused from whoever did the gutters originally. It added onto the quoted cost but it was obvious that the additional work was imperative. Ok’d the price and the guys were finished in one afternoon and right before last nights storm.. Really happy with them and plan on letting them do a new roof in a couple months. Highly recommend Artisan, two thumbs up!

I found the entire Artisan team to be extremely courteous and professional throughout the process. They worked closely with the insurance claims person to facilitate getting our roof replaced, and their involvement was key. The job was done efficiently, and the new roof looks great. The crew was professional and polite, and they cleaned up beautifully.

Had Artisan replace my old guttering. They were very helpful and great to work with. They extended the new downspouts to get water further away from the house than my old guttering did, and helped with suggestions on re-routing water in a couple of places. They also fixed a spot in back where weight in the old gutter had pulled the wood down and you could see an opening into the roof. Squirrels were starting to get in there. They raised the wood back up and screwed it securely in place before putting the new guttering in place. I am also impressed with the downspouts used with their guttering, they have a bigger cross sectional area than my old downspouts which makes them harder to clog. I will use Artisan again if I need work done.

We recently had Artisan add some additional guttering to our home and fix a few problem spots that were completed poorly by the builder of our home. Matt was great about giving me different options of how to fix the issues. He was patient and answered all my questions. The team that completed the work was amazing too. They worked quickly and even used some of the extra guttering we had left over to extend a washed out area in one of our flowerbeds. Artisan’s prices are fair, their work is great, and they take care of their customers.

Mathew helped us fix a problem with our roof where water was leaking in and running down our walls. We had vinyl siding installed the previous year and the installation process caused this problem. I took three bids for a new roof and new decking, and felt like Matthew showed me the confidence that he could fix the issue. Everyone was punctual and professional. Artisan went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. We are very pleased with whole experience.
