Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) — Commercial Project Portfolio

Our TPO project at Anthony’s Restaurant is shown below. From the starting condition of the roof to loading and final installation, changing to a TPO roof was a game changer for this restaurant.

Although it comes in many colors, the most common color is white. White roofs reflect heat instead of absorbing it, which keeps the room below cooler. TPO is typically installed in commercial applications, but can also be used on a residential flat or slope roof.

TPO offers many benefits. It is Energy-Star rated, inherently fungal and mold resistant, very flexible.
